I recieved size small instead of medium Tried many time to contact the Instagram account asking to exchange with the size I order But they answered once and never agin And I haven’t revue. The right size till now
Awful customer service. I requested an exchange for a different dress size as soon as I received my order, in line with your exchange policy. You agreed, then ignored my repeated calls and messages on WhatsApp and Instagram. I’m extremely disappointed. I followed your policy, yet I’ve been left chasing you with no resolution. I’ve already warned my friends against buying from you, and they told me they’d heard similar stories. Based on my experience, I don’t trust your store at all, and it’s disappointing to hear that others may have faced the same issue. You need to address this if you want to rebuild trust and protect your reputation. People make an effort to support local stores, but being treated this way makes them lose confidence in your business and stop buying from you.
