Nothing in this section limits your legal rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

SECTION 5 — SIZING AND FIT

Lily World offers products from different manufacturers and collections. Sizing may therefore vary from one product to another.

Customers should review the specific size chart shown on each product page rather than relying only on their usual size.

Measurements are provided as a guide and may be subject to a small manufacturing tolerance.

We are not responsible for an unsuitable fit where the product measurements were accurately displayed, but this does not affect any mandatory return or withdrawal rights available under applicable law.

SECTION 6 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may be offered in limited quantities.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. Where this happens, we may:

  • Remove the unavailable item and refund it; or
  • Cancel and refund the affected order.

We will not send a replacement product without your approval.

SECTION 7 — PRICES AND CURRENCY

Orders may be dispatched from Lebanon, China, or another authorised fulfilment location.

The customer may be required to pay applicable import charges before delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside Lily World’s direct control.

Customers are encouraged to check their local customs rules before placing an international order.

Where checkout specifically states that duties and taxes are included, the relevant charges will be collected as part of the order total.

SECTION 9 — ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

After placing an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email.

This confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not always mean that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

A binding sales contract is formed when:

  • We send you a dispatch confirmation;
  • We confirm that the order has been accepted; or
  • We begin fulfilling the order,

whichever occurs first.

We may contact you if additional information is required before accepting or dispatching the order.

SECTION 10 — ORDER CANCELLATION OR REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where:

  • A product is unavailable;
  • Payment has been declined or reversed;

  • The billing or shipping information is incomplete;
  • The delivery address is unsupported;
  • There is an obvious pricing or product-description error;

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, payment method, account, billing address, or delivery address.

We do not normally receive or store your complete card number where payment is processed by an external provider.

SECTION 13 — DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Lily World may offer discount codes, promotional offers, gifts, free shipping, loyalty benefits, or limited-time campaigns.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order;
  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Codes cannot be applied after checkout;
  • Certain products or collections may be excluded;

Products returned to an unauthorised address may be delayed, refused, or lost.

Eligible customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area may have the right to notify us within 14 days of receiving an eligible online order that they wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us, the customer must return the relevant products within the period required by applicable law.

Certain legal exceptions may apply, including for qualifying personalised products or sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after the seal has been broken.

SECTION 17 — TRYING ON CLOTHING

Customers may carefully try on clothing to assess its size, fit, and appearance, in the same way that they would reasonably inspect clothing in a physical store.

Items should not be:

  • Worn for an extended period;
  • Used for an event;
  • Missing the tag
  • Washed or dry-cleaned;
  • Altered or repaired;
  • Stained or damaged;
  • Returned with makeup or deodorant marks;
  • Exposed to smoke, strong perfume, or body odour; or
  • Returned with hygiene protection removed where a lawful hygiene exception applies.

Where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect a product and reduces its value, Lily World may make a lawful deduction reflecting the actual reduction in value.

SECTION 18 — FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

  • Faulty;
  • Damaged on arrival;
  • Incorrect;
  • Missing from the parcel

Please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • A photograph of the full product;

  • A video where reasonably necessary.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

We are not required to keep submitted content confidential, pay compensation for it, or respond to it unless otherwise agreed.

  • Product photographs;
  • Videos;
  • Graphics;
  • Product descriptions;
  • Website design;
  • Icons;
  • Collection names;
  • Advertising materials; and

belongs to Lily World or is used under licence.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, scrape, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

SECTION 23 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
